All deliveries made in the UK including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are made using Royal Mail. Orders will be posted Monday-Friday.

Please note we will endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible. There is a possibility that it may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control for which we cannot take responsibility.
Orders placed over a weekend and over a Bank Holiday weekend will not be posted until the first working day after.

N.B Depending on your country of residence, the order may be subject to custom charges and taxes which you will be liable for directly. Please check with your relevant authority and the requirements needed. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. Orders will be posted Monday-Friday.
Any orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or over Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Trade and Reseller Postage
For all trade and reseller shipments, these will be calculated on weight and added accordingly.

We can accept any unopened products that are returned to us within 28 days of original delivery in their original packaging and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value within 28 days.
In the unlikely event that you experience an unwanted reaction to one of our products, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will arrange a refund or exchange (and help you try and understand the issue).
When returning your product, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item along with your contact details and ensure that you send via registered post. The returns address is SkinGenius Skincare Ltd, PO Box 1270, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 0LE.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at skin-genius.co.uk . Any purchases made via another stockist, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them.
Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will apply a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the goods within 14 working days.
